The Company


London is a UK based company providing education, training and consultancy in all matters relating to financial, equity, commodity and energy markets. In particular, we have unique, practical and specialist knowledge of the derivatives industry.

K2 are also market leaders in assisting firms to satisfy the regulatory and competence training requirements of the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000 (as defined by the FSA T + C Sourcebook).

The company was established in 1999 by Simon Hart and Bill Beagles, both of whom have extensive experience of trading a wide range of markets and products (see Personnel).

In addition to our permanent staff the company also has unique access to a pool of specialists in fields as diverse as trading systems (and implementation), software design and exotic financial products.

K2 is owned 100% by the principals and has no ownership ties with any other financial institution.
